How many chocolate Easter eggs have you eaten yet? Over here, we’re all awaiting the price reductions on Easter chocolate eggs  due to happen tomorrow or Tuesday. In UK and other countries it is traditional to eat hot cross buns.

This is a sweet cake traditionally eaten on Good Friday, but it is now available all year round, at least in the supermarkets in London. Really tasty and a very simple dough.

  1. Hot Cross buns are a favourite here in Canada too. We’ve always had them Easter morning before church…and chocolate.
